Restaurant and café websites

Your Instagram can introduce the place. Your website should answer the questions that turn interest into a visit: what’s on the menu, when you’re open, where to find you and how to book.

What your website can handle

  • Editable menus 01

Food and drinks menus you update yourself, so the site always matches what the kitchen is serving.

  • Opening hours 02

Regular hours plus temporary changes for holidays, private events and seasonal closures.

  • Reservations and ordering 03

Clean links into the booking or ordering system you already use, from any page.

  • Maps and directions 04

Your location, directions and practical details where guests expect to find them.

  • Private dining and events 05

A clear route for event and private dining enquiries, separate from day-to-day bookings.

  • Multiple locations 06

Room to grow into more than one venue without rebuilding the site.

  • Photography and story 07

The atmosphere, people and story behind the venue, presented with care.

  • Fast on a phone 08

Most guests arrive on a phone, so the site is built mobile-first and stays quick.

  • Local search foundations 09

Structure and metadata done properly, so the venue can be found on Google.

One-page projects cover the essentials above. Online ordering systems, custom booking software, additional pages and other integrations are quoted separately, always in writing and before any work starts.

Selected concepts

Both are self-initiated concepts, designed and built end to end to show what a focused hospitality website can do.

Pricing and timeline

One-page hospitality websites start from €500. A focused one-page site will usually take 1 to 2 weeks once the content and deposit are received. Larger websites, additional pages and custom integrations are quoted separately.

Common questions

Can I update the menu myself?

Yes. Every site comes with a small CMS set up around your menu, hours and other details that change. Editing is closer to filling in a form than working on a website, and I walk you through it at handover.

Can you connect my reservation system?

Yes. If you already take bookings through a platform, the site links straight into it. If you use something more involved, we can look at a deeper integration as a separately quoted piece of work.

What do I need to provide?

Your menu, opening hours, address, any photography you have and a feel for how you talk about the place. Missing pieces are fine: I can launch with placeholder copy and photos that you replace in the CMS later.

How long does a one-page website take?

Usually 1 to 2 weeks from the moment the content and deposit are in. Larger sites depend on scope, and you get a clear timeline with the quote.

Do you provide hosting and ongoing support?

Yes. Hosting and support are available as a simple monthly arrangement, or you can take a full handover and run the site wherever you like. Both routes are explained before you commit.

Can you work with an existing visual identity?

Absolutely. If you have branding from a designer or studio, the site is built to match it faithfully. If you have nothing yet, I design the site around the character of the venue itself.

Can the website support more locations later?

Yes. The site is structured so a second venue, a new menu or an events page can be added without starting again.
